Hi! I'm 5 years postpartum, and I have 1 and half finger diastasis recti. How long will it take me to close the gap if I do these for 20 reps, 3 rounds, 5x a week? Should I incorporate other workout aside from this, since I also have side belly, and pooch?

How long do I do those exercises the first workout for like if it's 7 minutes long or 5 minutes long if I do them every day for 5 minutes How will I know because my tummy looks like I'm 6 months pregnant it still has a very big pooch
