EPIGENETIC HOME TESTS TO DETERMINE BIOLOGICAL AGE: I Evaluate 5 of the Top Brands [2021]

If you'd like to determine your true biological age, versus your chronological age, there's no better way than to get an epigenetic methylation test. I gave 5 of the top brands a test drive and reveal the results in this video.

I put BioViva's Timekeeper, MyDNAge, InsideTracker, MyToolboxGenomics and TruDiagnostic to the test this summer, got all the results back, conducted interviews with company spokespeople...and here's my review of the tests and the data that they returned. Some of tests returned with a LOT of data, and I take a deep dive into my epigenetic information, along with my true biological age.

Lance, you're the best anti-aging person out there. Additionally, I like watching your videos, because you get what aging is like. In watching videos from Siim Land or Dr. Brad Stanfield, very young people, you can tell from their language that their perspective on age is quite limited (I chose those words to be respectful and diplomatic, because I like and respect these guys). I chuckle at some of their comments, which seem like unconscious Freudian Slips.

Hi Lance, a bit of a nosey question but at what age did you get into health care and longevity or is it something you have practiced since a young age? I am asking because you look super healthy for someone whos in their 70s and I'm trying to convince my grandma to take care of herself more who is the same age as you (hoping to use you as fuel to motivate her to better herself) Please let me know :)

I'm surprised that Do not age declined and that it was a price factor since all the tests you did are actually at twice or more the price of do not age (currently listed at 250$).? Wonder if their prices have come Also any kits /labs in Europe (except for do not age?) - I am based in Sweden!

Great video thx Lance. Earlier this year I bought a DNA (Do Not Age) epigenetic test that's actually done by 'Chronomics'. The results took slightly over their maximum expected time of 8 weeks if I remember rightly) & they said that I was three years older than my actual age. I plan to do another one early next year to figure out if I'm moving the epigenetic dial back towards alignment with my chronological age to determine if my supplement stack is offering any benefits. You're right. The cost of the DNA test is very high indeed.

This video helped me decide not to utilize any of these services because they simply aren't ready for prime time in my opinion. I can monitor all the necessary biomarkers with annual labs for far less cost. I may come back to these services in the future, but they don't seem very useful at this point.

Any thoughts on where the industry is headed? For example, do you think the type of tests will become more standard? If so, which types?
How do you see the user friendly aspect of the system developing. Do you think there will be a way to provide the deeper information to the user without requiring professional medical providers?
In this program, you tested existing publicly available kits. What about tests that are not yet available? Do you have any insights into what is either already a reality but not publicly available or new types of tests being created and will likely become available in the near future?

Lance you might look at Index by Elysiium. Based on an interview of Morgan Levine on the Live Long and Master Aging poadast the Index test sounds good, supposedly has high precision. A newer version soon.
