This vid got really many handy tips comparing to its lengh. I love methaphor with sitting chair :D i heard that teory "you are not your foughts" - but without pictorial comparison i didn't uderstand and remember it well. And the method with singing is just genius! Thanks

If any of this works for you, you don’t have real stress or real anxiety, you just think you do.
If all people need to do was this simple thing, there wouldn’t be psych meds or psychiatrist.
