This is a great Video. This brings back painful memories which i have been enduring. My relationship of 5 years ended 3 months ago. The love of my life decided to leave me, I really love her so much I can’t stop thinking about her, I’ve tried my very best to get her back in my life, but to no avail, I’m frustrated, I don’t see my life with anyone else. I’ve done my best to get rid of the thoughts of her, but I can’t, I don’t know why I’m saying this here, I really miss her and just can’t stop thinking about her.

Even if you have your eyes 100% right and donť need glasses to see clearly get some non-dioptric with self-dimming brown tinting and filter restricting blue light spectrum over it and wear these any time in front of a digital screen or driving a car. It restricts blue light disruption, decreases visual overload and tiredness.

Confirming that 9 hour sleep time. I set an alarm for 9 hours. If I wake up refreshed in 7 or 8 hours, great, but 9 hours is best practice for me. I didn't realize genetics are involved.

What about someone who swings shifts ... 12 hour shifts, 30 minute commute ... 4 week nights, 4 weeks on? How can I reset my Circadian rhythm?

Not at all realistic. I work 5 days a week. I get up at 2am. That means i need to be in bed at 5 or 6pm. I dont get home from work until 2pm. That means I have 3 to 4 hours to clean house, run errands, walk the dogs, make/eat dinner, enjoy "me" time? Good thing i dont have kids. Lol. Im never in bed before 10pm.
