What symptoms do you experience that make you think you're having trouble with your circadian rhythm?

My absolute FAVORITE channel. In a movement merky with carnivore, high fat, and ketovore gurus, you clear up all the confusion by simply EDUCATING us about how the body works.
You clearly stand apart, thank you so much ❤

I Like these new videos. The style is easy to follow and the information gets stored in the old brain box a little easier. Keep up the good work. I'd love to see some case study style videos using "real life" examples. I think that could help people to see how making the changes has actual outcomes. Even if the changes go the wrong way. As you say, it's all data that lets you find a better way.

It is an excellent program, and I would like to learn much more because I feel that there is some imbalance in my system which can be corrected. Thanks for this eye opener.

its exciting to hear someone that is knowledgable and understandable and is telling me important stuff I haven't heard before. I've been peeing 4 times a night--only get about 6 hours of sleep and have dealt with chronic constipation since a child. And I've worked on this issue for years and invested alot into fixing the gut.

I've started my health journey mainly due extreme anxiety attacks and few seizures that I had. It was easily fixed by going keto and switching to burning ketones to cut on lactic acid production

I take quite a few supplements and now I know when to take them at the right time I was taking the magnesium at night so no more of that.

Another amazing video. One point of confusion. Is it best to test positive for all or most of the criteria for Catabolic in the day and all Anabolic at night or is it better to have a mix at all times?

My urine PH was 5.5 in recent labs. But my issue is definitely constipation. Gall bladder removed a year ago. I've been taking I digestive enzyme tablet daily with a meal. Going to increase to 2 or 3 with meals to see if it eases up. I drink min 64 oz of water daily and I do wake from 2 minimum and up to 3 usually nightly to use bathroom. I take enteric aspirin at 7 p.m. and avoid water after that.

Most bizarre thing with me. After losing 55kgs from gastric bypass, I struggle to sleep. I sleep about 5 hours a night and I don't get that REM sleep. I'm asleep from 9pm to 12 and then I'm up till about 3am and then back to snoozing and up at 5am. I even take a sleeping tablet and nope, remains the same. It's exhausting. This has been going on for 2 years now.
