It’s hard to give up the time of the night that you feel the best. But living in New England you cannot be a night owl. And I’ve been doing this for far too long. This makes perfect sense. And so simple. Must try.

Yes luke, same happened with me. I used to wake up till 5 am. Now i wake up at 7am and my body automatically feels sleepy in 11pm! I don't even feel like scrolling my phone. Thanks Luke you're changing so many people's life including me

I did this multiple times. When there is 4-5 days leave of school i studies at night then reset it to day

I wish this would work for me. I really hate the time change, because it takes me a month to get into a new pattern, no matter how intentional I am at trying to reset. It’s exhausting.

When you do this, and you feel sleepy, hit the damn shower. Don't think "I'll just go to sleep for a couple of hours." You won't sleep for couple of hours but all day and wake up 8pm. So hit shower, go out for a walk, do anything but don't sleep. Then when evening comes, 9pm sleep and you'll wake up 6am or 8am.

If you do not reset your body clock, you'll ruin your life, you won't be good for jobs, doing things in day and waste your years. Miss out so many opportunities in life.
