This breath-work is gold for reducing inflammation in the body. This practice is for you if you have been feeling stressed, have high blood pressure, are prone to headaches, or have been constantly overthinking things. Feel that all melt away, as well as residual tension you may holding in your shoulders, jaw, and hips.

The practice is done by taking natural inhales, and super slow and soft exhales in and out the nose. Try it on your own or follow along with my instructions in the video.
