It's cuz fortnite uses decimals. You were probably like at .5 health but it rounded it to 1 then u got 25 siphon so u had 25.5 health and the game just rounded it to 25. This is why sometimes u can hit people for 100 white and they dont die. U actually hit them for 99.7 or something.
