While growing up in the bronx, I grew up eating Jamaican beef patties from Golden Crust bakery, there was always a bunch of grandma's in the back making them, get cocoa bread and sandwich the patty inbetween, and dear god it's heaven.

Really easy to tell that when he was praising it as an everyday traditional food from home that he meant it, and was getting hella nostalgia over his past with it. The neighborhood where I grew up in Boston had a big Caribbean population and Beef Patties were always a treat. Every corner store sold them and it was always easy to find a Jamaican restaurant where you could get them as well. Great video.
