I have one question.. for example if I'm working in my nominated occupation and my degree has already been assessed through ACS by Professional year program, so do I need to assessed my work experience too ? Or I can just claim my points and show the relevant documents to prove my employment once I will get my invite ? Or do I have to do my skill assessment again ?

I want to send my son to Australia in RMIT for Graduation IT Degree after 12th.
He has got 7.5 IELTS
But five years ago his USA visit visa B1B2 was refused.
Will that refusal make hard to get austrailan student visa?
Should we disclose or hide to get visa?
