Thanks for your videos, my studies of biochem, molecular biotech in my undergrad time became more comfortable with understanding more clearly about the materials of biotech in a simpler way. They are really complicated and challenging for me as a student who was from Vietnam to come to the USA to study. if PCR reproduce many copies identical copies then it is confusing when you use different colours for the last two fragments of DNA during amplification
