This lecture explains about the mechanism behind electron transport chain and ATP synthesis with the help of oxidative phosphorylation. Components of electron transport chain is also explained in this lecture including the protein complex i to V and ATPase. This lecture will help you to understand the chemiosmotic theory and mechanism of action of the ATPase pump to drive the proton motive force that helps in ATP synthesis in mitochondria as a result of aerobic cellular respiration.

As you said, complex I translocates 2 H+ to the intermembrane space then how is 4 H+ pumped out? Please clarify

What about complex II? Still many doubts. At 9:06, you said that "Complex I translocates two protons to the intermembrane space per NADH oxidized. So for a single NADH four protons will be pumped into the intermembrane space". How this is possible?
