I love all of the staffs faces and reactions when chef knows what’s up from the get go, u see how small that lobster was aswell ? That shows that they’re only cheap lobbies for the tank instead of a large beautiful lobster you can fit your whole head in when you eat

Some restaurants they show you how they capture it but then use a frozen one and release the fresh one back inside the tank.
