These knuckle heads get far too defensive over public school lunch grade food purchased from a supplier and then fried or microwaved when an order comes in. The way they acted you'd think they made all of those dishes at the beginning of the episode with love, from scratch, and using recipes passed down for several generations in their family.

Gordon is also asking why the staff have lasted so long…..Well I’m in hospitality and I can see exactly why. You get hotels and restaurants where there’s no real structure, you can have as many breaks as you want, you get a meal on shift, chat and text on your phones whilst getting your paycheque at the end of the month for doing next to nothing. That’s exactly why the staff have never left 😂😂😂👍🏿

Waitress gets dumped on by owner and GR about texting… and the very next service she starts texting; and they are smoking as customers go through the door - BYE BYE, you are FIRED!!! Those ladies are NOT going to learn. There are plenty of people around who want work and who will pay attention!
