I have included a mod which allows both the scenario pre-planned disasters to work with random disasters as well! This combination means twice as many events will occur throughout this gameplay!

Yeah to make the dam work you either need to build a new one that is lower than the current one or make a second higher dam on the other branch of the river to fill the reservoir. Dams can be super tricky in the game lol. I once tweaked one to generate 1300 KWs of power for cheap. I bet you could do the same here.

one of the water intakes has no water around it to intske that's why it wasnt working, its gotta be in the water so it can intake water

The water level will not reach the top of the dam because the water is not accumulating on the reservoir, it is flowing down towards the ocean by the twin river on the right! You'll have to stop the course of the other river.

That new water pump is too high for the water level, so its unable to pump the water. That's why it's not working.

One you got to fix the crater from the metro to make the dam work and the water pump is on land not water
