Remove a file based on SQL Database with Powershell

Removing files using PowerShell with variables from SQL Server Database.
SQL Server 2019 was used for this demo along with Powershell 5.1
However, Powershell 7 also works just as well. Using a foreach-object loop and a while true loop to keep the process running.
