If I hire a salesperson I want them to make more money than me. Period, because salespeople should. I want everyone on my team to make millions of dollars. Like if they're coming in for a salary, Let's figure out what we can build together so we can turn that salary into the smallest part of your income. I want all of my guys and girls that work with me to make so much damn money that they can have everything they want in life and that means I succeed.

So If I don't grow the company alongside them and create that environment, that abundance, then I failed and that's on me.
