Fact is stranger than fiction. The way the CIA described time travel is real. It works. It works differently than most people think. You're not going to see your future self randomly manifest out of thin air, because this time travel literally takes place in other realities in which the time is your desired time.

I think for those of us who have not heard of MK Ultra, they should watch a docu film called "Wurmwood". Since the alphabet agency in the past was leading experiments on random (often unexpecting) people and kids back in the 60's with LSD, then why is it so hard to believe they have not attempted other experiments on people...? I personally knew someone who was used in the MK Ultra experiments back in the 70's. It didn't end well for her.

The psychological phenomenon of “repressed memories” is often not used anymore. Studies have shown traumatic events (at any point in life) are NOT subconsciously repressed to protect ourselves.
