you missed a few! Pendent of (Skill) and Prized Pendents of (Skill). They origially gave BXP in the skill of the pendent when worn and skilling but was changed to right click "give xp" There were also straight "Prized Pendents" that allowed you to use on any skill. I couldn't find a release date but around believe around 2013.
don't forget about the Mad Necklace that gave 250k BXP in any skill. was given out to members for the whole month of may 2012. there's so many good ones you missed!
edit: i still have a bunch of these skilling pendants that still have xp charges. not sure if my mad necklace still does though lol

One that I remember from the early days of SOF was the prismatic amulets which eventually got turned into the stars we use today. Back then, you used to have to wear the amulet and it only had "X" charge and it wasn't until much later that they allowed the ability to use them on each other. Back then, they were also skill specific most of the time before they went to the all prismatic system of today. Who else remembers the prismatic amulets? You can still redeem one from Diango too.

Love these type of videos. Wish the game wasnt full of abandoned things like this. The vampire slayer amulet was great cus you could re roll barrows chests, now it’s gone/forgotten. No way to charge again

this video shows how disgustingly jagex have ramped up MTX. People hated it when an amulet gave 1% bxp, 3 logs, or 15 alchs. now every spin is either 50k, a new cosmetic worth 500m or proteans.

The old fist of guthix gauntlets that were supposed to be removed are still in the game (via bug). They can't be traded via GE but can directly give them a huge black market trading price.

I unfortunately miss the 'vampyre hunters amulet' as that gave barrows some great buffs. You just can't charge it anymore. I wounder hahaha.

I just thought today about that Jagex could add the alchemist amulet back into the game via miniquest and give players a few free high alch spells a day, combined with the explorer's 4 ring

I have and use the radiant alchemist amulet everyday. I do reapers daily and most days I have something that needs to be alched. You get 65 xp per use of the amulet just like if you used runes.

I did a bank search and found charged: Luminous Alchemist's Amulet and Brilliant Alchemist's Amulet.
Uncharged: Radiant Alchemist's Amulet.
While searching I found a Crystal Amulet... which "is no longer active"
