Thanks I have SLE lupus and I take plaquenil and methotrexate . I glad I came across this information. When I see my rheumatologist I am going to ask him why do I take both plus I take folic acid daily . This information has really educated me .

Thank you for this! I started on methotrexate 2 months ago and I haven't really noticed a difference, is the methotrexate supposed to help with swelling or pain? Should I give it more time to work? I'm taking 10 2.5 mg pills once a week
