I used to have a canker or two in my mouth at any given time for a good 20 years. Couldn’t understand why. I finally realized it was because of all of the well-known brands of toothpaste I was using had either sodium lauryl sulfate or sodium laureth sulfate as the foaming ingredient. Switched to a toothpaste without it and haven’t had a canker for over 10 years now.

Nah I used to get them so often. I’d just dump salt on it, let it burn and in a day or two it was no longer hurting or getting worse.

as someone who gets kanker sores a lot this video caused me physical pain. Also I have this crazy medicine I got from Norway and I put it on a kanker sore and the pain went away in like two days it’s called aftamed

Yes, guys check for SLS sodium lauryl sulfate not only on toothpaste such as crest, Colgate, etc but also your mouthwash such as listerine. Sensodyne are the best option but always check that they are free of that ingredient.

I use sore throat spray to numb it. It works but not for very long. You just have to keep doing it.

i even eat food normally but i sometimes scratch it with my teeth

Hydrogen peroxide with salt in warm water. Gargle for a bit, spit the nasty stuff out. It really lessens the pain and helps heals it as well as fir sore throats! Works! 💪🏻

Warm Saltwater Mouthwash work...
Putting salt directly may be better since it is direct and much more exposed than gargling saltwater, but for others, the pain might be unbearable.

Put baking soda and hold it for 2-3 minutes and I thought I was tough but that will humble you and hate life so fast but definitely works within 2 days
