I’m sure we could all find a better alternative, but for someone who just wants that little bit extra cleaner sound when they’re in the car, these are perfectly fine. I once installed kenwood KFCs that were like $30 at autozone at the time, and the difference in audio was insane just from that. If you’re an audiophile, then yea these aren’t for you. Especially not at 25rms 😆

JVCs are good on a budget but ive never been steered wrong by Kenwood speakers or Kickers ive had pioneers and they deff had distortion with even just a little bit of low freq running through them kickers took em to the cleaners

Those jvc's do sound very good but the low power handling will have it sound as bad as the stock speakers in no time.if it could handle a bit more power, i would recommend them to anyone, but they dont.

Factory speakers in general sound like a muddy mess. My butt makes better noises than even new factory speakers

It's not a good speaker if it's 25 RMS find yourself some kicker speakers. They usually are 100 RMS and between 350 to 400 Max peak. They usually have good deals for kicker speakers, especially entire sets for your vehicle

You just threw away the old speaker but you would still need the factory spacer to mount the new speaker onto and for just a little bit more you get the JBL CS-763 which would sound much better

JVC Kenwood needs a better grade of consumer electronics. They have great two way radios. JVC company made VHS tapes and CDs. Don't know why they stamp their name on something so crude.
