Use Mail Merge to send customized bulk emails in just one click.

In this tutorial, you'll learn a super easy method to send personalized bulk emails called mail merge. We'll go from just having a list of details in Excel, to creating a dynamic Word document where fields like the name, the commission, and the product change for each recipient, and finally we'll send all of these customized emails in just one click in outlook.
Mail merge is a feature that allows users to create personalized documents, such as letters, emails, labels, or envelopes, by combining a single template with a data source. This process involves three main components: the main document (e.g., a letter or email template), the data source (such as an Excel spreadsheet or Outlook contacts), and the merge fields (placeholders in the document where personalized information from the data source will be inserted). By linking the data source to the main document, mail merge automatically populates each merge field with the corresponding data for each recipient, enabling the creation of multiple customized documents or emails efficiently and accurately.

This is a neat trick. Do you know if you send attachments using this method?

I would love to see a tutorial on how to send emails from excel using different email brands, yahoo, gmail, outlook in one excel file for a more dynamic system. Great video!

What if I want to send a different attachment for each receipient.
Let's say Monthly Customer statement, can I use the same technique so it attaches a specific PDF for each supplier?

Awesome video as always. I have used mail merge but wanted to know if there is a way to customize the subject line for each person. Maybe adding the customer name in the subject line for each email. Do you know if this can be done?

what if I want it as an attachment then I have a draft email then I will send it together.

If I press send, it uses automatically my personal accout. How if I want to send it from team shared mailbox, because this is how we communicate with our internal customers? How can I set up sending mailbox? Thanks for great tutorial!

When using the rule, the text for the “else” section shouldn’t include the bank name as this should be dynamic for each individual - not sure how you can do it in this example
