In this mail merge tutorial for Gmail, I share how to send bulk emails using the mail merge script by Google.

IMPORTANT:
If you are getting blank spaces where you should see content in the email such as {{First name}},{{Description}} etc... Simply change your draft to "Plan Text Mode". Also, you can fix this by highlighting each of the {{}} in the body of your email and selecting "remove formatting". Give this a go and let me know if this helps!

That's awesome. I hope the script is improved to have a UI where users can select an alias email and the exact draft email instead of typing it in. In the case where there are two drafts have the same subject lines, I wonder what wouod happen.

Does not work perfectly as you mentioned. I am not getting the Hi {{First name}}, {{description}}, etc....personalized. The person receiving the email get the following {{First name}}, {{description}} as is.

I love this Gmail mail merge and it has been explained very thoroughly thanks Stewart, just one question I have a list of 323 emails I have just sent a mailing out, but it stopped sending at 118 emails sent, is there any way I can send the rest of my list out, Do I have to have to establish the list in lots of 100 emails. It said on the ones not sent service invoked.????
