Top conversation about lawful course of action.Any revison of laws should be better and not worst than colonial laws.only change of English words to Hindi words is not improvement.Before any law is to be introduced, it must be discussed with Supreme Court Bar council and the team of Supreme Court Judges before tabling in parliament to pass.Unfortunately, you are discussing after it is passed in parliament and Supreme Court donot interfere and it is implemented. The jails are filled with accused without even trial for many years.Can you help these prisioners to get bail sothat only convicted persons to be kept in prison. Please do some thing for the poor prisoners who have no money to apply for bail and lawyer support.
