Consensual sex law and 90 days custody will be a disaster and will get abused.

False Rape cases and False domestic violence cases should also be punishable or else they'll be misused.

India wants gender neutral laws. no to gender biased laws. male is the forgotten gender in our judiciary, government, media and society too.

as a supporter of NDA government, I am opposed to these laws. The abandonment of women by making false promise (BNS 69) is the most regressive/oppressive law in the whole world, it heavily discriminates men and will lead to multiple arrests of innocent men. it is against human rights. Also, all I see are laws in favor of women, where are the laws for men? Even the opposition is silent on these matters, because they fear they might lose female vote. Unless men are united and fight against these laws that oppress us, we won't see change. But sadly, most of the people are not even aware of these things. In India politicians divide men on things like caste, religion, while women are just counted as women. So unless men are united and stand up for themselves nothing will happen.

Still no law against male rapes or false rape cases or domestic violence against men or false domestic violence cases against men?

Edit: There should be laws against
1. rape of women by men
2. rape of men by women
3. rape of men by men
4. rape of women by women
And for each category there should be law against a false rape case, also for a minor victim in each category and also a minor perpetrator in each category. All of these combinations deserve a law because all of these individual combinations has happened in real life and in India too.
Anyone contesting this notion is a potential rapist.(Warning: there are a few such potential rapists in the replies down below).

Courts should work 24hrs a day 365 days a year.
Look at the number of pending cases and the comfort these judges enjoy.
It's prime example of gross incompetence.

2:47 Why is this law only for women. When are these people going to bring laws that ensures equal punishment, man or woman!! Its time to stop thinking in a unidimensional way.

Increasing the police custody from 15 to 90 days is a crime in itself why just why?

Increase in corrupt Police custody is pointless and will unnecessarily give them more reasons to extort people.

@3:01 “even consensual relations could later end-up being criminalised” - so for everybody who’s got the bare minimum common sense… *_you all know what this means._*

There should first be a law against policemen using fake evidence and should be punishable before you give them the power of 90 days custody

The number #3 definitely need in-depth rules. No innocent should be getting screwed. Recently one of my known lost his job because a lady decided to complain against him. He did nothing but still got fired. All because he didn’t take her in his team, he has to suffer. I keep saying my husband to keep away from women employees only keeping extremely professional talks and no personal ones.
