25:00 i think this is why it's important to have a Magisterium and a Pope, someone has to say this is what we believe. Once what we believe is nailed down, there is plenty of room for conversion.

I think an appeal to mystery should only be used after we've worked out a complete theology with the information that we have.
A man gets on a bus at point A, and gets off the bus at point B. He should have been to point B in 20 minutes, but he didn't show up for 6 hours. So what happened? He saw a movie, had lunch, got a coffee, walked through the park and eventually got back on the bus, all that took 5 hours, what happened to the other hour? It's a mystery for now, but we might know in the future. You can't just close the door on that missing hour.

I agree 100% and I'm Catholic. God does know everything, but that doesn't mean God acts on everything. Divine will vs permissive will, that has to exist because if it doesn't God is horrible. There must be a permissive will or God would have to will everything, good and bad, and I don't think we see that in the Bible, tradition, or in the Church Fathers. Yes God knows everything, but he chooses to walk with us through this life.

What you have said has some holes i.e. false equivalence, comparing fallible human knowledge to absolute (Omniscient) knowledge. Also claiming that we have free will based on that false equivalence is problematic.
