Using a reverse Fibonacci sequence for this kettlebell combo: 8 swings + 5 squats; 5 swings + 3 swings; 3 swings + 2 squats; 2 swings + 1 squat. I’d recommend 2 - 3 rounds total. Certainly a killer workout by itself, this routine also makes an ideal “metabolic finisher” for any lower body routine. Please enjoy!

I wonder if this can be a problem for the SI joint, or back pain? I am 56 and I am trying exercising my arms to help the joints, to reduce pain. I see that I need to increase muscle to avoid problems in the joints.
