1) I did meet you briefly, shook hands, and took a picture when you were in town appearing as an expert witness. It was an honor.
2) That voice you did in this video was awesome. I’ve got in trouble for stuff like that because some people don’t have a sense of humor.
3) A big bright obnoxious front sight might just work better for most people if most of your shooting is up close. However, that dot is the bomb when the ranges get longer.

Taking the time to learn how to use the red dot pistol sight has benefited me immensely. I still shoot irons on most of my handguns but my carry gun has an RMR on top of it.

I’m one of the old guys and I’ve found that red dots on long guns are amazing for older eyes and allow me to shoot both eyes open without having to focus on the “ correct” sight picture. I’m just not sold with pistols. It seems to take another second to get it lined up unless I constantly practice which is not doable for a lot of people.

I was raised with open sights. Finding red dots was a complete game changer for me. I LOVE red carbines. I really can't imagine having one on an edc conceal carry pistol. That's just me though

The speed and accuracy gains have made me a believer! I didn’t want to change because presentation can make finding the dot immediately an issue but within a weekend of shooting, this became a non issue!
