Can a God create all?  Yes because of a quantum loop hole.  Only enough energy needs to show up in the 2nd plank time before the first plank time to cause the first particle.  Let there be light I suppose.  The real question is not can creation happen by God but rather if God is necessary to do it?  A God works better then randomness because all quantum events are predetermined till Gods creation forcing the Universe to stay on a stable path of existence.
