Mongolian Chicken Bowl, SIMPOL!

INGREDIENTS:
Cooking oil
1 tablespoon garlic, minced
1 teaspoon ginger, minced
1/4 sliced carrot
1/2 white onion, sliced
Red and green bell peppers
Slurry (cornstarch and water)
Chopped spring onions

(For the Marinade)
1/2 kilo chicken breast fillet, diced
2 tablespoons Silver Swan Soy Sauce
2 tablespoons cornstarch

(For the Sauce)
2 tablespoons Datu Puti Oyster Sauce
3 tablepoons Silver Swan Soy Sauce
2 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon chili flakes

Bowl of Rice, for serving
Sesame seeds, for toppings
1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
