Honestly, it's cheaper than the i3 12100f and 13100f, and it's like 2/3 the cost of the R5 5600 while having 90% of the performance, so yea.

GPU is the thing that was limiting u not even once u reached 100% of CPU utilization on any of the games u played, 5500 is top dont doubt it

for me yes, switching from i5 6400 to r5 5500 feels like earth and heaven, waiting for 3060ti and guess im good for 2, 3years at least

I jumped from FX-8350 to R5 5500 + GTX 1080 @ 1440p, very huge impact. My current issue is the GPU. I need at least RTX 2080 or similar (latest gen). No issue with the GPU if maintain @ 1080p.

Not really. You could upgrade from r5 5500 to 5800x3d which is the best am4 cpu and comparable to i9

first of what do you define as "worth it"?
if you are comparing this budget processor you cannot say the ryzen 5 5600X is "only 50-70 dollars more", because that would be 50-70% higher price and that is a lot
in your verdict you are saying the 12100F is outperforming in games, but you show no tests or benchmarks for it, the only benchmarks you show are indicating that the 5500 is better than the 12100F
there are already a ton of benchmarks for this cpu and after this video people still dont know if the cpu is worth it, because it would need comparisons on the pricevalue of this cpu to other cpus
how does the 12100F compare, that you say it is better

in general you diverge too much from your main point of the cpu and make half of the video about the gpu-temps and how you mount it

Bro might wanna check your hardware, im playing gta v on ultra with a 5600x and a 3050. 16 gb 3200 and 1 tb ssd. Literally no difference between 5500 and 5600x on ultra. Something is def faulty there. This build is capable of running everything easily on above 60 fps. Anything

I just build this cpu with rx 6600 and works amazing great combo no problem warzone is 100 fps.

Only buy what you need if your PC doesn't seem to have any issues doing what you do then you dont need a new PC.
