First time hearing "Don't take criticism from someone you wouldn't take advice from" Wow. That's brilliant! Keep up the great work.

When we all pretty much know the answer, but watch Paul get probed anyway...

I go through the same thing Paul. I had to put my dog to sleep in April 2022 and was the hardest thing I’ve ever done. Not a day passes by that I don’t thing about Bingo.

I picked up the AMD 6650 XT 8GB for $280 to replace the AMD 570 8GB that I got for $130 in 2020. Runs FortNite and Davinci Resolve Studio fine.

Building a new PC right now after my 10+ year old i7 3770k, R9 290 machine just couldn't keep up with anything I do any more. But also, it's been 10+ years since I had to buy a GPU, this video couldn't have been more perfectly timed.

"don't take criticism from someone you wouldn't take advice from" is a brilliant way to crystallize that concept. :)

Paul, I bet a lot of people in the past decade or so can thank your tutorials for getting them a PC. Me included, and I have been building now since 2012. Thanks for all you've taught us & shared over the years! You're a nice guy.

Paul, Jay, and Nick (The Linux Experiment) are the 3 channels I watch every video of regardless of the subject. Paul and Joe consistently push out high quality and entertaining videos. Thanks for that you two!!

Sold my used 3070, got me a brand new Sapphire Nitro+ 6700 XT, and pocketed 80 bucks. No regrets whatsoever. The extra Vram alone gives me reassurance for future titles.

I get the same thing with FB Memories and Google. Much love brother. Hope you're doing great. Things are looking up here at home thanks to the incredible support of your viewers and yourself.

Your videos have been, and continue to be, my #1 PC building guides. Your NewEgg guides with Kyle got me started, and I've followed you ever since. Many thanks for what you do!

I used your computer building and programming videos for my first build. Now I have a computer building buisness! Thx Paul! Probed!

I don't usually comment on videos, but you always do a great job with your videos... not sure why people would ever criticize them. "Don't take criticism from people you don't take advice from." Great wisdom!

I got my ASRock phantom gaming OC 6800xt for $529 two weeks ago. Sold my refurbished 3070, which I paid $400 for 7 months ago, locally for $300. I’m set for 1440p gaming for a few years now. Next thing to upgrade will be my 9900k. Going to try and hold out for another year.

Probed twice in two months?! Paul, you hussy. Also, I was searching for info on the specific question of a good GPU for 1440 gaming; it's like you read my mind. Bravo sir!

11:28 @JasonWitmer Other than the AMD CPU issue together with the RX6800 giving me stupid high CPU temps. I went back to Nvidia due to file size for video renders. H265 4K 27 minute long render Nvidia file size 3.98Gb and AMD RX6800 file size 14.3Gb. Sure the AMD file looked every so slightly better but it's not even close in file size rendered on Davinci Resolve as H265 MOV format.

Great deal on the RX 6800, wonder if they are gearing up for the next 7000 GPU launch
