So true - nothing is permanent- so challenging to accept that life truth.

I can relate to that as a 38 year old not to sweat the small things etc and you can go through troubles and come out of them.
You appreciate things more as you get older and become less materialistic and superficial.
And also....
that when you are young...you just think like 60 or 70 years such a long time seems like how you will make it and it seems like forever but as you get older you appreciate time more and are proud of yourself for surviving your life.
