Remarkable lady - an example to us all.
My dad was roller skating every day until his death at 93. He took up roller skating at the age of 90, because my mother was worried about him riding his motorbike! He’s an inspiration to me every day of my life.

Let’s not forget this is so amazing because this is not usual. Not everyone, no matter how they try, get to live like this. Just always do your best with what you have. Very simplified response but realistic.

Me sitting in bed, eating bacon and watching this vlog: You go go go Johanna!!! Beginning to think there is no secret to longevity - it's just having the discipline to sleep enough, eat right and exercise every day. With our modern lifestyles, that is much harder said than done.

My grandfather is about to turn 98 years old. He worked his fields up until 2 years ago and was drinking small amounts of alcohol(hard liquor) up until 91. He had an injury to his hip after a fall while working, so he finally slowed down. He's still healthy, but says he's actually tired of living as everyone he knew is dead, including my grandmother.

I drink only Mineral WAter. I avoid the rest.
We have fountain where I live. I drink the Water from Glass Bottles. You do as you please. You ask your body what should go into your body or not.

I personally don't drink alcohol.
But you can also Harm your body with too much "GOOD" foods.
Too many raw nuts, cold veggies, or too much of anything...can be harmfull.

I've always felt that you can tell a person's fitness level by looking at their legs. How she has kept that muscle tone and suppleness in her legs is literally amazing to me.

She's so right! I'm 73. Injured spine/hip--hit & run victim at 24. If I don't move, I can't move. Being happy is important. I stopped being happy 25+ years ago. I'm working on happiness! I'm working on movement! I feel better. It's hard because I've spent so much time being inactive. But each day I'm more active, I feel better. She is a wonderful example of what my grandmother told me constantly: "nothing gets old but clothes'! God Bless her 💐! Thank you for this motivational video. I will pass it on. I came from an athletic family, too!
