You can also “try for a baby” and before you take the test to know if your preggo, “try for a baby” a few more times. Then take the test and wait.

Another way to get twins is to eat a honey cake. You will always have twins.

My first time playing the sims I got twins and when I was naming them I named the girl Elizabeth and then it told me to name the girl again so I put Elizabeth again. That’s how I got 2 kids 😁

I tried playing sims for the first time and got pregnant. I got twins without even trying anything. My sim got stressed out taking care of two babies. I thought the dad would come and take care of the other baby but he only came to hang out and leave after that. So the baby girl was taken away bc of neglegance. My sim got depressed after that.
