I have to agree with the other comments about noom. Its restrictive and not conducive of a healthy relationship with weight/food, on top of the fact it's based around the myth that skinny = healthy. Its got nothing to do with health and everything to do with profiting off of the harmful diet industry :(

Hey! Long shot that you’d see this but I was diagnosed with a molar pregnancy and when I was desperate for information and I went down that dangerous rabbit hole there wasn’t much around really to watch or read it was really traumatic and still going through treatment today, I wondered if there was any chance you could do a video about it with all the information you could muster aha! I would really appreciate it more then you’d know and I’m sure the women in the same situation as me would too! I adore you and your videos!💕

So here is the problem with me trying to read a book before bed, most of the time I will get so into it and not realize how much time has passed before I finish the book. This is why I finish a lot of books between 1 and 5:30 in the morning. So reading instead of being on my phone doesn't exactly help me get to sleep sooner.

If you watched this video please do not sign up for noom... and to the creator of this... please consider ending your partnership with them. No good comes from Noom, it will do much more damage to your health than good by restricting your calorie intake resulting in binge eating and has caused countless individuals to develop eating disorders.

I love your channel, but Noom is the epitome of diet culture. Years go when they started it wasn't that bad, but now it is overwhelmingly focused on looks. I get a lot of their ads on social media and they come across as so judgemental and superficial. Please evaluate again if you should promote them.

I absolutely hate noom's ad's because they are aggressively pushing weight loss which is highly annoying for underweight people like me. Your noom promo is so much more respectful than their own ads. I am having a hard time coping with all the weight loss ads every January!

Isn't Noom super restrictive and has some wonky nutritional suggestions? That's what I heard from Abbey Sharp on YouTube.

Kind of glad seeing people's opinions on noom. I tried it for a couple months and really hated it. I always felt hungry, and the plan seemed a little questionable imo. It was also marketed to me as being easy and taking no time at all for people with busy lives, but then they wanted you to take tests and stuff which was really annoying because it took my morning free time away 🙄 Anyway, end of rant.

Mama Jones tips are very helpful for reaching goals, another stellar video ❤ I really enjoy your content.

Hey, would you ever do a video about informed consent in maternity care/birth. I've heard lots of scary stories about interventions without consent such as breaking someone's water or doing an episiotomy without telling the person, or after they had said no to the procedure. Obstetric violence has been gaining more attention in the US and I'm curious what your take on this issue is?
