ZINC🦪🦪🦪---Essential Micronutrient (Trace Mineral)

Zinc, selenium, iodine, magnesium is the minerals i was missing 😂. i feel very fatigue, shortness of breath, dry skin, dry hair, ridges on my nails, i got sick 4x last yr, injuries take longer to heal (actually i sprained my ankle 9 yrs ago hasn't healed since despite resting and physical therapy. I became worried everyday if i ever feel young again. Im 29 now. I wasn't educated enough on how important these minerals are. I didn't know that i could burned out zinc by exercising for 2 hrs daily. That would explain why i can't perform like i use too 9yrs ago. As of yesterday i bought Zinc Bisglycinate Chelated. And also supplementing with other minerals while eating veggies and fruits. Thanks for explaining it well Dr.Sung your videos are very useful.

We've been using Colloidal Zinc and Magnesium, usually take them together, liquid of course.

There is a liquid zinc from Global Healing that is good. Does not taste awful & I take it in the AM under the tongue.

Hand full organic, pumpkin seeds before bed has zinc along with other needed nutrients.
