The third tip is one of my favourites. My life was a complete mess between 18 years old (almost 19) until almost 22 years old. I realized how stupid I was quite rexently, and some weeks I got in trouble, and I faced a lot of anxiety, especially in the beginning.. but that difficulty increased my self awareness A LOT. And about the second tip you said, I need to improve my public speaking, so I am in your former self shoes 😅 I have to be persistent on this long road.
