A Little about me:
You see, throughout my life, I've had the privilege of owning several amazing German Shepherds. Each one has brought so much joy, love, and adventure into my life. From my very first German Shepherd puppy named Luna, who was my loyal sidekick during my childhood adventures, to Max, my current furry companion who never fails to put a smile on my face.

My west German working line was a beautiful sable. No health problems until the last year of his life. I trained him in schutzhund early in life. When i brought an elderly friend with memory issues to live with me he decided his job was to watch over her 24/7 and he saved her life several times when she had medical issues in the middle of the night. The last day of his life i found him guarding the front door. Now he is gone and i have been spoiled for another dog. Best dog ever.

Mine is a mix of European show and working lines. His desire to herd is his strongest trait and is amazingly intelligent. I love him with all my heart.

I have the Czech working line and love mine, they are awesome dogs and super smart. For my needs as an avid outdoors man who loves anything outdoors like white water canoeing, camping, backpacking, fishing, hunting, hiking, and more these dogs are top of the line. Me personally, I would go with a working line, but they have more energy so they are not suited for a couch potato. And I would stick to the Czech or DDR working lines because they are more true to the breed and what a GSD is supposed to be in the first place.

This video is correct and incorrect. You showed west german working line pictures black and tan ones on showlines. West german working lines can be black and tan with straight backs. Show lines have bigger head with sloped back. Show correct pictures instead of false pictures
