The only way I can think that anyone would ever leave Leta a negative comment is that they didn't even tried her recipe..or they did it wrong. Just putting that out there. I have cooked up so many of these recipes (in my own weird vegan way) AND THEY STILL TURNED OUT JUST FINE! So I can't imagine unhappiness coming from this lol. Love you Leta! Keep on baking!

A tip i learned, leave the coconut out at first. Mix all ingredients well, then mix in the coconut last, just to blend it together, but you don't want to finely chop the coconut. You want the coconut in larger pieces.
