pre heat oven 160 degrees c
flan dish oiled

3 spring onions sliced thin
2 table sp fresh parsley chopped extra for top
1/2 cup corn
4 tops of bacon or 2 full lengths chopped and fried
1 cup grated cheddar cheese or any cheese
3 eggs beaten
1/3 cup plain flour
1 and half cups milk
salt pepper optional
bake approx 1 hour til firm to touch in the middle

Delicious lip smackingly good do the egg mixture & the filling separately as it's so much easier to evenly spread out the filling & then pour on the egg mix. Put your dish on an oven tray too as you can easily get it into the oven without spilling. Thank you from a fellow Aussie girl who cooks for a great meal idea.

I'm looking for impossible pie recipes. I made the mexican mince impossible pie from an American YouTuber. She had the recipe for home made Bisquick in her subscription box. Which was only 1 cup plain flour, 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder, 1/4 teaspoon salt and 1 tablespoon of butter which you rub through the flour mixture. Only use 3/4 cup of the Bisquick in a pie. Basics are still the same with 3 eggs and 1 cup cheese and 1 1/2 or 1 1/4 of milk in a 9" pie dish. With the 1/4 cup of left over Bisquick I made myself an omelette with an egg and some milk with chopped tomato and whatever else you want to put in it. Impossible pies are like picnic pies which can be eaten cold with salad. This is definitely on my list to make. I'm on the prowl looking for variations to make.

Cook in the air fryer, I cook my egg muffins in mine. An air fryer is a lot cheaper than an oven.
