The story of MiSide is as follows: The game unfolds in a digital world where the line between reality and simulation becomes increasingly blurred. The protagonist, a fervent gamer, finds himself in a peculiar situation when his favorite game character, Mita, comes to life and summons him into her digital realm.

Alternate ending? Nah, this is the true ending because not only does it unlock peaceful mode, but no matter what you do, you're trapped there forever from the moment she brings you into this world, so this is the only ending where you are in someway alive

I love the way she blushed, perhaps from what I remember she doesn't blush once except this scene.

edit: after replaying the game I found two more instances where she blushed.
1. The first time we meet mita if you stare at her for a brief amount of time she will look slightly away blushing.
2. In the scene where she drops a freakin fridge on you if you look under her skirt she will also blush(this one I found out looking at someones video)

This is definitely the happy ending for Miside when looking at everything because Mita, like Monika from DDLC, is a tragic character. Being self-aware means they know that there's no happiness or love for them. They're not real making their existence pointless, but because they're self-aware, they're just suffering. In a game where there is no escape whether you refuse or stay, if you refuse, then that means the next player will fall victim to the same fate. Mita will take the life of another innocent player. By sacfificing yourself choosing to stay, at least that'll put to rest Mita's suffering and she'll have a semblance off love and happiness, meaning there will be no more players after you who become her victim's. The only one who suffers is us the player. Since we were going to suffer no matter what ending we choose, at least the player prevents others from becoming victims while releaving Mita's loneliness.

It's actually kinda heartwarming to see her happy like this. Although crazy Mita is definitely evil, I totally can empathize with her feeling of "I'm just accepted when I'm not showing my true self". Yeah, other Mitas are still suffering, and the MC is probably still gonna become a cartrige, and this time he didn't even had the balls to fight back, just being another gooner player (the type of person crazy Mita despises), but at least crazy Mita got happy for a while, because that is the closest she can get to someone who accepts her evil side - someone who just completly ignores it. Not that she deserves it after all she's done, but MC doing something to lessen her suffering is definitely honorable

Like, in this ending, we're calming Crazy Mita down so much, that she stops killing players/other Mitas for cartridges? Or we're basically willingly giving away our life to her, since after enough of time, we'll become a cartridge too, yes?
I know that Crazy Mita wants revenge against devs and literally everyone, but is Player(the MC) enough for her to stop being Crazy? Or how in this era would say "Can he fix her?". Hope he is... Yanderes might be all in the head, but some love would make them stop being so crazy? Of course some are broken to the point of no return, but Crazy Mita still has something to call her sane/rational.

When you think about this ending its kinda dark in reality

Lets say our main character gets so immersed to the point where he cant tell real or not real

With this end its happy ending with her but in the real life he probably offed himself in his room
