I was diagnosed with tremor on my left hand in ‘22, DAT. Since then my motor symptoms have disappeared (tremor, pill rolling, RLS) without medication. I would say false. Go figure.

That’s def false. I have an essential tremor but yet I don’t have Parkinson’s. I’m prime example that this is false, LOL
