Ok I just saw couple of Parkinson's disease early symptoms videos and they all described different symptoms. Which ones are real and should be worried about and which one aren't???

I definitely act out in my dreams. I know this because I wake myself up by yelling at whomever I was yelling at in my dream. I've also woken myself up laughing and crying. I live alone, so idk if I do anything else. I do have narcolepsy, though, so maybe that plays a part in my acting out dreams.

The reason I came here, though, is because I, for some reason, have had really shaky hands that I can't control. I also have been feeling my eyes do something like a twitch. That's only been in the last couple of days.

I have noticed a change in taste for the last few months. I don't think I have have had any change with my sense of smell. I haven't ever had COVID, so I know that hasn't ever triggered a change of taste. I just thought it was because of aging, and maybe that's all it is.

Anyway, does anyone know if the hand shaking and eye twitch are beginning symptoms of Parkinson's? I don't walk hunched over or take tiny steps or write small, which other videos have mentioned.
