Do you have stiffness, pain, or tightness in the front of your knee?

If this discomfort is to the area that I am pointing to in the video, it’s most likely patellar tendinitis. Here’s the thing, you can’t just keep jumping around, running, exercising, working out like you do while you are dealing with us. You have to calm down symptoms and then build up strength.

In this video, I go over how isometrics could help improve the loading capacity to this region to ultimately help decrease pain and build up strength. Keep in mind there are progressions to isometric loading and other phases that have to be done, but at least this is a starting point to get you going in the right direction to ultimate get back to things you want to do!
