Here we go - We are still going strong for the 🔥RESET CHALLENGE🔥 I'm so ready to smash this month with you! Today's home workout is a 20 min upper body workout that will target your back and biceps. This will have your arms on fire. This will be a dumbbell and bodyweight workout that will help you become stronger, build lean muscle, burn energy for hours after completing, and basically leave you feeling awesome!!
The weight I am using is a set of 7.5lb and a set of 15lb dumbbells for your reference. So yes, as heavy as YOU have access to and slow paced, controlled and a full range of motion. If you have lighter weights than you would prefer, simply perform more reps than me and at a slightly faster pace.
