I have a question after attending a zoom meeting where Genworth requested a rate increase for long term care insurance going forward. What are the classes for policies they spoke about? I only have an insurance policy number which is not similar to their quickly spoken classes. What are the insurance company's settlements with regard to long term care policies? Why does MIA not want to wait to factor the results of pending settlements in its determination as to approval of rates?
