To each their own. Marriage and children is not for everyone. Im not married, 54 y.o, no kids and I have no regrets.

"The don't get married" is good advice for women! Especially in the current generation where dating is a nightmare! Nothing is more peaceful than being single, making money and in return, just living, enjoying life and traveling.

Moral of the story. Every life is different. Be careful about the choices you make. Try to be happy no matter what. In the end you’re on your own.

I am 40, and this is what I think. Age does not decide if a person is wise or novice. I have seen several older people who are very immature and still making big mistakes, and many younger people who are spiritually and mentally wiser.

In the video, it is also interesting to note how one person says, I am 85 and life sucks and another says I am 85 and life is beautiful. It is all about how you see it.

I'm 75.

Don't procrastinate, work hard while you're young. Age happens really fast.

The lady who survived WW2 in Europe was amazing. Walking on her own, loving nature at 96! I wish I could meet her, I could listen to her for hours! She is right about the world. We are hoping it gets better…

Don’t get married is what my mom and her mom told me. Best decision of my life. I own my own home, paid it off. Paid off car. I travel and do what I like. I have had three long term love relationships too…men are a condiment meant to give spice to your life and enjoy! Be self sufficient, be competent is my advice to young women. Freeze your eggs young…have children when you can afford them if that’s your dream. If not…travel…everywhere you can. I love nature. It makes me so happy. Find your bliss.

My advice for a good life is: go to bed every night with a clear conscience knowing that you have done everything right and caused no harm to anyone. Sleep tight. 😊

"Know thyself" and make decisions accordingly. Not everyone needs to be married, partnered or become parents. Know what fits for you and dare to follow that path, even if it is very different from most other people.

I have no fear of being bored in retirement. I have too many interests. Work gets in the way of living life. I am 59 and ready to retire but finances keep me employed. Full retirement is 67 and I fear I have to work until then. I'm also very happy to be single. I gave all that up years ago. No regrets. i have inner peace.

I work primarily with older people. I ask this as a rapport building exercise and because I actually enjoy the answers. Most common BY FAR is: Don't worry so much, enjoy your life and do what you want. Don't care about what other people think.

It's crazy, I have been trying to live like this, but had so much pushback from family and my former wife that I am now completely alone and trying to rebuild my life. It's scary and a little lonely, but I am feeling much less depressed in general.

I loved the "optimist", amazing how he deals with circumstances and the 96 years old lady, she cares for the humanity.

I will be 42 in a bit but i have lived such a long eventful life. I would say the things we worry about here, the time we spend worrying, let it go. Let toxic and bad things and people go, no matter how familiar it is to you. Live in gratefulness for the things you have overcome and accomplished. Always self reflect. Pray. Never let the world define or control you.

There were multiple studies done (uk and Denmark) where it proved that men that are married are happier and live longer than those that aren’t married. It also proved that women that are single are happier and live longer.
