I want to give credit to the judge for his immediate handling of this situation. No coddling and no excuses accepted. He’s driving when he is supposed to appear in court for driving on a suspended license. He clearly has no sense of remorse, responsibility or respect for the law. The judge saw that and decided that he should be held in custody to prevent this behavior from continuing.
